The lawyer Gianluca Rossoni was born in Rome on the 4th of October 1970 and  lives in Padua where he has his law firm, in Galleria Tito Livio 8, 35123 Padua, Tel. 049.663699 and Fax nr. 049.873666.

After obtaining the secondary school diploma in classical studies, he graduated in Law at the University of Ferrara with a thesis in international law (1996). During his university studies he carried out the Erasmus Program at the University of Seville – Spain, following in particular the international law courses held by Prof. Juan Antonio Carrillo Salcedo, former Judge of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
He also carried out a stage at the University of Twente – Netherlands, held at the Faculty of Engineering, on computer law.

After obtaining his degree he attended a Diplomatic Career preparatory master at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Padua, under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on contemporary history, international law, international economy, English and Spanish. After this he took part in the Legal Training Course at the University of Ferrara and in the “Eurofor 2000" Course on European Union law at the Lawyers Association of Padua within the Action Robert Schuman EU program.

He obtained the qualification for teaching law and economy (group A019) at secondary schools.

He carried out his legal traineeship at the Piccin Law Firm in Padua, working mainly in the fields of civil law, labour law, copyright and international private law.

During his legal traineeship he attended a Stage at the A.M. Pereira, Sàrraga Leal e associados law firm in Lisbon – Portugal, during which his tutor was Lawyer Professor Josè Luis da Cruz Vilaça, former Advocate General and Judge at the Court of First Instance of the European Union, treating matters pertinent to EU law (mergers, acquisitions and competition law).
He collaborated with the Comites in Dublin – Ireland (Committee of Italians abroad – Law no. 205/85) in editing the “Guide for Italians residing in EIRE”, in matters related to European citizenship and the right of abode for EU citizens.

President of the Technical Scientific Committee for the European Project concerning the FSE Mis. C1 “Qualiturismo” system actions – “Training of human resources for supplying high quality tourism services in the Province of Padua”, coordinated by the Craftsman Training Organisation in partnership with the University of Padua, with the Chamber of Commerce of Padua and with the Tourism Promotion Organisation of Padua and of the Euganean Spas (2005/2006).

Transport law lecturer within the “FORMAPORTO” project – Training and professional updating for the transport sector promoted by Federtrasporti CLAAI (Confederation of independent Italian Craftsman Associations) in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce of Padua, (2006).

External lecturer at specialised tourism law courses held at the “Luigi Einaudi” State Commercial and Tourism technical Institute in Padua within the EU "COMENIUS" AND "CLIL" programs (Content and Language Integrated Learning); treated subjects: Sustainable tourism – Sex tourism – Spa tourism – Tourism professions.

Member of the IFTTA association (International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates)-, with which he took part as a speaker in the Congress “Travel Agencies and airlines, a relationship that must be reconsidered” organised on the 23rd of October 2004 at the TTG
